First come, first serve.
A questionnaire? What's in there? - Basically i will need proof from you that you are over age as well as that you are willing to participate to such a party and that you are aware of its sexual nature. Once your application is accepted, within two weeks before the party you will have to provide your HIV-STD certificate which will have to be not older than one week from that time.
Will you let me join for sure? - Selections are purely based on minimum age, health status and maximum number of participants required for each party. Althought i reserve the right to have the final word on who is or is not in my parties (so, don't be an asshole when you contact me for joining ;-) ), when all these three conditions are met you will be invited to the party.
I don't see any cities near me on your party schedule? Does that mean i can't join? - You can join any scheduled party, no matter where you live, as long as you are willing to travel to the party's location (at your expenses, i shall add).
But i can't travel, really. Will you come to me? - Yes. You can arrange a bukkake party in your city and to have me there playing with you and your friends, compatibly with my schedule and with related logistic issues. Some of the parties in your party schedule seem to be already closed for new applicants? Why is that? - Each party, already scheduled or to come, has a fix number of participants allowed compatibly with its location and logistic issues. When the max number of participants is reached, i won't accept any new applications, for that party.
Does that mean that a party is set for sure only when the max number of participants is reached? - No. Once you see a party is scheduled to take place, it will take place. I officially schedule a party when a location has been found and a minimum number of participants is guaranteed. While is officially scheduled i keep it open to new applicants until i have received the maximum number of applications allowed for that party.
